Lister Auto trucks were used in Birmingham's bus garages during the 50s and 60s as ideal vehicles for keeping the garages swept clean. Although the history of ours is not known in detail, it was bought from Coventry Road Garage in the early 1980s. It was used in the Museum some years ago, but years of standing means some work is now needed to get the Lister running again.
